Took myself and husband to walk in centre on a Saturday recently fearing the worst. The elderly woman at reception immediately made us feel at ease, smiling and welcoming. She listened attentively and in a caring way and reassured us. The nurse was professional and listened before advising us. We could not fault the care we received, excellent!
